Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Swimwear must have hygienic liner intact and untampered with. 

As an emerging brand, Electric Melon currently charges shipping and return fees to help support our operations and ensure continued growth.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with shipping for returns, including returns postage fee.

If the item is eligible for a return, you will be emailed a packing slip. Please place the packing slip and the item you wish to return in the original shipping package, then take it to your preferred shipping courier to be shipped back to Electric Melon.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. This includes underwear, undergarments, and similar intimate products. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, eligible products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

A one-time $9.99 exchange shipping fee will be charged for all exchanges to cover handling and reshipment.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags intact, and include all original packaging. Hygienic liners of swimwear must be intact and untampered with.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
